William Foss

Founder & CEO

​William “Bill” Foss was born and grew up in the Chicago, Illinois area. He is a 1982 graduate from the University of Utah with a degree in Business Administration. Bill also played Rugby and Baseball. Bill brings over 32 years of Gaming experience. Shortly after graduation, working with his father at Williams Electronics Inc., better known later as WMS. In 1993, Bill began his casino career working under gaming pioneer Michael Gaughan at the Casino Queen in East St Louis, Illinois. Over the next 30 years Bill unique style has overseen gaming properties in maximizing profits while also staying ahead of the curve with evolving technology. Bill’s main purpose of founding GameCo LLC is to use his vast knowledge in targeting innovation in the Igaming space. Bill is an avid Chicago and St. Louis sports fan and enjoys spending time with his 2 grown children Grant and Spencer.
